	Manitoba CA/ Blue Cross Extended Health Care Plan Available to all Members of the Manitoba Institute Competitively priced, guaranteed issue member plan (no medical questions). Improved drug coverage, effective May 1st 2009. The annual calendar year maximum will increase from $1,000 per family to $1,150. 	CA Insurance Plans West CAIPW is a non-profit association of the four western Institutes. Its mission is to effectively provide the best value in insurance and other benefit programs to CA firms, individual CAs and students, and their spouses in Western Canada. Formerly the Western CA Services Association, WCASA became CA Insurance Plans West on December 1, 2009. What else has changed? Not much.
