The PD Passport is a savings program for members and other professionals who are interested in taking multiple professional development seminars through our PD Program.
You may purchase ONLY your Personal Passport and Mini Passport online. Corporate Passports must be purchased using the PDF version of the Passport Application Form, which must be filled out and returned to the Institute offices.
You may also use the Passport Application Form to purchase the Personal and Mini Passports.
Note: a small number of seminars are not passport valid and will be clearly marked "PD Passport INVALID". In such cases, there may be a discount for passport holders.

Registration & Course Availability
Passports are valid for the 2010-2011 Fall/Winter Program from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011. Passports may not be used until payment is received in full and may not be used retroactively for courses taken prior to its purchase or for courses beyond March 31, 2011. Any unused portions of the PD Passports cannot be refunded, credited or carried forward.
To purchase a Passport, return a completed Passport Application Form with payment to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Manitoba (ICAM). Personal and Mini Passports can also be purchased on the ICAM website using Member Login.
To attend a seminar, Passport holders must register at least 14 calendar days before the date(s) of the seminar(s). Registrations received after this date will be subject to an administration fee of $50 per seminar. Walk-ins are not permitted. Registrations are handled on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. Although every effort is made to provide space at the sessions requested, the Institute cannot guarantee additional sessions or refund passport fees.
ICAM reserves the rights to the Passports. Inappropriate use of the PD Passports will result in the immediate cancellation of privileges with no refund.
Cancellations, Transfers & No Shows
All cancellations / transfers must be received by email or fax. Telephone cancellations / transfers will not be accepted. Cancellations received at least 10 calendar days prior to the course date will result in a full restoration of the passport day. Cancellations received less than 10 calendar days but more than 2 business days prior to the course date are subject to an administration fee of $50 per seminar, but the portion of the PD Passport day used will be fully restored. Cancellations that occur less than 2 business days prior to the seminar will result in forfeiture of the entire portion of the PD Passport used to register for the seminar.
If a Personal Passport holder or Mini Passport holder cannot attend a registered seminar, transfer may be made to an additional offering of the same seminar, provided one is available. Corporate Passport registrations are transferable to staff within the organization. ICAM should be advised of any changes prior to seminar date.
