Registration Deadline
14 calendar days prior to the seminar date. If registration occurs after the deadline, an administration fee of $50 per seminar will be assessed. Course confirmations advising time and location will be sent by e-mail subsequent to the deadline date. Course offerings that do not meet minimum enrolment requirements by the deadline date will be cancelled.
Cancellations, Transfers & No-Shows
All cancellations and transfers must be received by mail, e-mail or fax.
Cancellations of non-passport registrations received at least 10 calendar days prior to the course date will result in a full refund. Transfers between courses are accepted up to 10 calendar days prior to the course date. Cancellation and transfer requests received less than 10 calendar days, but more than 2 business days prior to the course will be subject to an administration fee of $50 per seminar. Registrants who do not attend and do not notify ICAM in writing at least 2 business days prior to the course will not receive a refund or credit.
Replacement Attendees
Non-passport registrants who find it impossible to attend the seminar may send a replacement. ICAM should be advised of any changes prior to the seminar date.
Payment
Full payment must be submitted at the time of registration by any of the following methods:
- On-line when you register using Member Login.
- Cheque made payable to "The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Manitoba." Please note that post-dated cheques cannot be accepted. Any subsequent refunds will be made by cheque.
- Visa or MasterCard (see registration form). Any subsequent refunds will be made by credit to the account. If paying by credit card, the form can be faxed to (204) 943-7119.
Lunch
Lunch is included for all full-day seminars. For income tax purposes, $20 of the registration fee relates to meals.
Fee Reduction or Waiver
Members who have been granted a fee reduction or waiver may be eligible to receive one day of Institute sponsored PD at no cost.
